Jack Mitchell
Jack Mitchell is a designer, artist and researcher with Whadjuk/Balladong Noongar heritage. He is currently undertaking a PhD at Monash University which uses storytelling, yarning and conversations with Elders and knowledge keepers to explore Indigenous cultural relationships to water. This work builds upon his ‘Blak White and Bluespace’ project investigating how the built environment can better engage with Indigenous water knowledge and expertise. Jack has also worked as an architectural assistant and Indigenous architectural advisor.
