Originally a question was posed: How do we address the urgent needs of an established city like Zagreb. This project aims to combat the rising concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by proposing a new paradigm - repurposing existing infrastructure to create a global carbon capture system. To avoid limiting the project to the boundaries of Zagreb, the focus was shifted to the E-59 highway, which connects the city with Vienna. This work focuses on the landscapes along this 200 Km long architecture, which serve as an operational base for the urban concentrations it connects.
