Ilhéu Atelier utopically reimagines solutions to fight the main focus of pollution of Lagoa das Cidades. One of the elements on display is a polyptych of six scenarios where the cows of Sete Cidades are removed from the territory and the water’s quality is restored through a natural process of self-regeneration of the lagoons. The project was developed for Fertile Futures, Portuguese participation to the Biennale Architettura 2023.
