Inspired by the historical Persian miniatures, this drawing is part of a thesis project re-imagining a well-known garden in Iran in a more inclusive approach, as an alternative to its surrounding environment. Questioning the current established standard of the romanticized vernacular aesthetic and its strong contradictory border with the public, the aim is to explore the potential of a digital hybridity within the design process. In dialogue with its historical context, both within the garden and in borrowing characteristics from architectural precedents and their formal language, this proposal is more about what it enables, rather than what it does.
