CAP-18 is a master-planning project which proposes to revitalize an existing industrial site in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, transforming it into an active production hub while integrating new spaces for affordable housing, public amenities, reemerging industries, and rail infrastructures. The project has been developed by Anna Fritz and Shree Kale at the Rice University School of ARchitecture Paris.
